Owners Steve and Elsie make sure everyone who comes to Juliana's Cafe feels like family. They start by offering a warm and friendly greeting to customers who come through their doors, and then they dish out authentic Filipino food that tastes like it could've actually come from their own home kitchen.
If you're new to Filipino cuisine, then start with Juliana's Favorite section of the menu. It contains signature dishes such as the adobo, an entree of pork or chicken seared with vinegar, garlic, and soy sauce. You can also try the pork, chicken, or beef curry simmered with coconut milk, carrots, and potatoes. Are you a more adventurous eater? Then opt for the bopis, a dish of pig's lung and heart with carrots, radish, and potato, or the papaitan, which is beef heart and tripe with beef bile in a sour broth.
