The brunch menu at Public House Kitchen & Brewery goes beyond your standard pancakes and eggs. It boasts a variety of international dishes that will add some spice to your brunch routine. Take, for example, the Mediterranean board. This savory starter features a mix of marinated olives, artichokes, roasted red peppers, and house-made hummus with warm naan bread on the side.
The savory pancake takes a traditional buttermilk pancake and tops it with salty extras, including sausage, home fries, onions, and cheese. The Monstah features a jumbo toasted English muffin with locally sourced breakfast sausage, a layer of mozzarella, and house-made sausage gravy. If these breakfast eats are a little too unique for you, Public House also offers their own version of classics, like Super C's chicken and waffles (with sriracha on the side) and house-made biscuits with gravy.
